Valentine

Dominic Valentine completed a science degree at the University of Western Australia in 1997, but the chance to work at leading Margaret River wineries such as Leeuwin Estate and Xanadu set him on a vinous journey. He completed a master in oenology from Roseworthy College in 2004 and has since worked in South Africa, Bordeaux and Alsace. Vintages in Germany ignited his love of riesling, and cool-climate varieties generally from a decade of work in the Yarra Valley. He sources fruit for his label from many sites across Victoria.
