Our Review
Scott Longbottom and Cheryl Merrett are 3rd-generation farmers in Padthaway. They commenced planting the vineyard in '93 on the family property and now have shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc planted. Initially the majority of the grapes were sold, but increasing quantities held for the Farmer’s Leap label have seen production rise. -JAMES HALLIDAY
