Hayes Family Wines is a family-owned producer nestled among organically farmed vineyards in Stone Well on the western ridge of the Barossa Valley. Shiraz, grenache, mataro and semillon are produced from estate vines in Stone Well dating back to 1870, as well as small-batch, single-vineyard wines from Ebenezer, Koonunga, Williamstown and the Eden Valley. -JAMES HALLIDAY
