The Stevens Brook Estate yield is restricted to 3-4 tonnes per acre roughly half the regional average. The 1500-tonne winery was built in 1999 on a separate 40ha property on the Echuca side of the Murray River, which will be fully planted. Exports to China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
