The Yarra Valley is particularly known for its standout pinot noir and chardonnay wines, but there's much more to the region than just those two varieties. Below, you'll find eight Yarra Valley wines that are all rated between 91 and 97 points and showcase the diversity of the region.
Start with a sparkling wine from Chandon Australia or Six Acres, before delving into the whites, such as the chardonnay wines from Medhurst and Rochford. Then onto the reds, there's a 97 point cabernet blend from Yarra Yering, a cabernet franc merlot from Wantirna Estate, and a pinot noir from Toolangi. Priced between $30 and $150, there's a wine here for every occasion.
