Spain is the third-largest producer of wine in the world, and is the most vine-swept country on earth.
Unsurprisingly, several Spanish red grape varieties have made their way to Australia. Many local wineries have long produced wines from grenache and tempranillo, which thrive in the Australian climate.
These wines pair wonderfully with the rich, meaty dishes of their home country, as well as with cuisines like Mexican and Italian. They are the perfect wines to explore this autumn.
Below are eight wines to add to your list.
